Per the NM Trout bylaws, the elections for principal officers are to be held in the month of November each year. This year, elections for the President and Secretary will be held.
Nominations will be open until the last day of October. Any member in good standing may nominate himself, herself or any other member as a candidate. Such nominations shall be made designating the correct name of the nominee and must be accompanied by evidence that the nominee acknowledges and accepts such nomination.
Please email the nominations to our secretary, Jena Wilmoth, by the 31 October.
Ballots will be mailed in November and must be returned by December 1.
In the event that there is only one nominee for an office there will be no election for that office and the nominee will be installed on January 1, 2014.
